Do you have a Wet Weather policy?

For safety and Insurance reasons castles do not go out in heavy rain, strong winds or storms. Jumping Kids reserves the right to cancel a booking if safety would be a risk.

Can I hire a castle in a Park r Public place?

Yes. If you require to set-up in a park you must have council approval. If there is no access to power at the park a petrol generator is required at an additional cost.

Yes, the Jumping Castle must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years at all times. If required we can provide a supervisor for an additional cost.

Yes you are responsible for any damages caused by misuse or negligence and you will be charged to the cost of repairs.

Are there any cancellation fees?

What are the most IMPORTANT guidelines?

NO drinking on castle
NO food
NO smoking or sharp objects
NO shoes
NO confetti as it stains vinyl
NO silly strings as they stain vinyl

All of the above can damage, tear or stain vinyl. Please be very careful as you will be charged for the cost of any cleaning or repairs.
